  • Can I return or exchange my product?
    We do not accept returns for items once sold, but would accept in the event of defect or necessary repairs. All products are handmade, so minor imperfections are anticipated to occur. The product will be (custom) made once the order is placed. The prints and hue of your product may differ from the image, as it is subject to the availability of fabrics. All materials and products undergo stringent quality control prior to shipping. If there is a complaint, please email shiulicollection@gmail.com with an appropriate description and images. ​
  • How soon will me product be delivered?
    Most of our products are made to order, hence the making time of your product will be 5 - 10 days. If your product is available in the stock, it would take 1-2 days for handling and for your item(s) to start the shipping process. Once your item has started shipping, the expected delivery time is 5-7 days. Please drop us a mail on shiulicollection@gmail.com in case you have a delayed order, tracking details or any other query.
  • Can I get my order customized?
    Of course! The best part of our service is that we make the products after you have placed the order. So, if you need any customization in color or size in our existing product then you can mention your requirements in the section given in the product page. If you want something completely unique, then you can reach out to us via phone, WhatsApp or email. Details given in the contact section.
